1. "As-Is" Service Provision

All services and utilities on Pixelspure are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. Browser Capabilities and Hardware Limitations

Because all image transcoding and transformation operations execute within your client device's browser memory (RAM):

  • Performance is directly dependent on your device's processor, available RAM, and graphics acceleration.
  • Very large image files (e.g., raw panoramic photos exceeding 20 MB or 10,000 pixels in dimension) may exhaust browser memory on constrained mobile devices.
  • Output format support (such as WebP encoding) requires browser native compatibility. Older or non-standard browsers may fall back to alternate encoders.

3. Data Loss and File Backup

You are strongly advised to always maintain original backup copies of your images before executing batch compression, resizing, or format conversion. Pixelspure holds no responsibility for lost, corrupt, or inadvertently overwritten files on your local machine.

4. No Professional Endorsement

The educational articles and guides on this website are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute formal technical, professional, or commercial advice.
